Retinal Detachment and Bleeding

Retinal detachment is an emergency in which a thin layer of retinal tissue in the back of the eye pulls away from normal. Retinal detachment causes the retinal cells to separate from the blood vessel layer that provides oxygen and nutrition, and the longer the retinal detachment, the greater the risk of permanent vision loss in the affected eye. Treatment is carried out in cases where the retina is not separated from the eye by optical clotting without the need for surgery. The treatment of the separate retina is carried out in many medical and surgical methods. The process includes a number of treatment options that can be used. The doctor determines the most appropriate method according to the needs of the case.
